FAQ’s

  • Simply add items to your wishlist and we will send you an itemized invoice within 2-3 business days. Items are not considered reserved until the initial payment is completed.

  • We can adjust your order at any time, however inventory is not guaranteed and/or cancelation fees may apply. For changes to orders within 72 hours of pickup or delivery for your event, there is an expedited fulfillment charge.

    Reduction of dishware and flatware quantities up to 10% of your initial order will not be charged a cancellation fee. Requires a minimum notice of 7 days prior to the event. Reductions greater than 10% will be subject to the cancellation policy.

  • Items are rented exclusively for event dates. Pickup or delivery to the location of your event will be completed the day-of and returned the following day.

  • We require a minimum $500 order to qualify for delivery. Currently, we can deliver to the Columbia River Gorge, Portland and Vancouver. Our delivery rate is calculated by price-per-mile from our storage facility to the drop-off location, plus a $50 hourly charge.

    Delivery to the listed venues on our website is a flat rate of $75 with a minimum rental order of $500 or more. Delivery to these venues for rental orders less than $500 will be calculated at our standard delivery rate.

  • Will-Call is available for certain items, while others, such as furniture or installations, will require delivery.

  • Setup and breakdown of rental items is not included unless noted on the individual item listing. Setup and styling is available for an additional fee.

  • To ensure availability of all services and products, deposits are non-refundable. You may remove one or more item(s) from your order, or cancel your entire order, according to the following schedule (see the very bottom for dish/flatware exception):

    91 days prior: no cancellation fee

    90 days prior: 25% of contract total, less deposit

    30 days prior: 50% of contract total, less deposit

    7 days prior: 75% of contract total, less deposit.

    Days prior refers to the number of days before the earliest pickup or delivery date.

  • We host semi-annual open houses to display our rentals; please contact us for dates.
